Xur has opened up shop once again in Destiny 2 ,and this week, he’s selling Xurfboards. In addition to his usual selection of Exotic arms and armor, you’ll be able to get yourself a skimmer to jet around on, provided that you have a hefty 97 Strange Coins to spend on one. Skimmers were previously only available during the Guardian Games, so this is a good time to grab one now. Here’s where Xur is this week, and what he has for sale.
This week, Xur is offering the Exotic weapon catalysts for Tractor Cannon and The Fourth Horseman, and for Exotic armor, Hunters can pick up Celestial Nighthawk; Titans can grab Wormgod Caress; and Warlocks can buy Crown of Tempests. If you’re looking for Exotic weapons, Xur has Hawkmoon, Arbalest, Coldheart, and DARCI this week.
Xur Location
Spawn in at the Tower and hang a right past Banshee-44. Continue down the stairs, follow the corridor, and once you hit the Bazaar, turn right down the nearby alleyway. You’ll find Xur here in his dedicated alcove, ready to sell you his latest wares if you have enough Strange Coins in your pocket. Check out our how to get Strange Coins guide for details on earning this currency, which involves doing ritual activities.

Exotic Armor
Celestial Nighthawk (Exotic Hunter helmet)
A favorite amongst eagle-eyed Hunters, Celestial Nighthawk reduces the cooldown of your Super with every precision final blow you land. It also modifies Golden Gun to fire a single high-damage shot, and any targets defeated by that ability will explode and help you recharge your Super more quickly. The good thing about this roll is that you get a high intellect stat to play into the Super-centric nature of this Exotic, but you’re getting low recovery, discipline, and strength here. You’ll be a bit of a glass cannon if you run with this Exotic, but it does pair very nicely with the Still Hunt Exotic sniper rifle.
- Mobility: 18
- Resilience: 3
- Recovery: 14
- Discipline: 2
- Intellect: 23
- Strength: 6
- Total: 66
Wormgod Caress (Exotic Titan gauntlets)
A very good Exotic for Titans looking to leap into the fray, Wormgod Caress increases the damage you’ll deal with melee attacks. Every enemy defeated with a melee or finisher buffs the Burning Fists armor perks, so don’t be afraid to mix things up with a Strand Banner of War build. The stats on this Exotic are fairly balanced–with resilience being the highest–making this a good option overall for close-quarters combat builds.
- Mobility: 2
- Resilience: 19
- Recovery: 13
- Discipline: 10
- Intellect: 11
- Strength: 10
- Total: 65
Crown of Tempests (Exotic Warlock helmet)
The best Exotic to equip if you’re planning to focus your build around your Stormtrance Super, Crown of Tempests extends the duration of that ability and increases the recharge rate of Arc abilities if they land or apply a Jolt debuff to enemies. The stats on this Exotic are a bit odd, because while resilience is maxed out, it does have low recovery and discipline. Strength and intellect have better numbers, so you can plug the stat-gaps with a few armor mods to bring them up to speed.
- Mobility: 3
- Resilience: 30
- Recovery: 3
- Discipline: 6
- Intellect: 10
- Strength: 15
- Total: 68
